Achievements
While working with a wonderful team of developers, I designed sections of the professional website of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. I also built and coded these sections and regularly made updates to the site, as requests came in from a variety of customers.
I had the opportunity to give CME Group a much needed web presence for their published magazine. I worked with the Magazine Department and Marketing Department to learn what CME’s customers needed from the magazine and what they were looking for in an online version. Then I created layouts that appropriately met the needs of CME’s customers. I focused on making the design intuitive, since I wanted it to cater to the users. I developed the final version and maintained it during my stay at CME.
The final product opened new possibilities for the marketing department. For the first time CME was able to have “Online Only” articles in their magazine.
